B. Advertising Package

Considering the advertising package available to PLUS members — we wish to highlight the following:

​​Profit Share

FREE members and PLUS members of the Club acknowledge a 2,5% profit-sharing obligation when generating new business, sales, contracts, or any transactions that increase their profits through advertising on our platforms (WhatsApp, ClickandShare.NET, Facebook, or on our website).

 

This gratuity fee ("thank you fee") is payable to the Royce Group. Use the same banking details as you use for monthly subscription payments.

These gratuity payments help us continue investing time, effort, and money into expanding advertising exposure, business empowerment opportunities, and overall market reach nationwide.

C. General Rules

Our WhatsApp, ClickandSher.NET, and Facebook groups serve as business advertising and networking platforms, a business empowerment subscription club, and a network marketing income opportunity through our affiliation to Heartfeelings (Pty) Ltd.

1. Members from all over the globe are welcome to join.

2. No idle chatting is allowed.

3. No birthday, anniversary, holiday, or similar greetings unless posted by the Executive Group Admin (EADMIN) or with EADMIN permission.

4. No personal chats are allowed. Admins have full discretion to remove such messages.

5. PLUS members may post company profiles, PDF documents, and links to WhatsApp numbers/groups.

6. All members will not be allowed to post or share the address or link of other WhatsApp groups on our WhatsApp group - this precaution is intended to prevent other organizations or service providers from luring our members to join other WhatsApp groups. 

7. PLUS members may post personal CVs directly on WhatsApp. Such CVs will be shared on our ClickandShare.net space and our Facebook group daily.

8. All ads and color posts must include a contact telephone number (preferably WhatsApp) and business location (e.g., Lynnwood, Pretoria or Silverton, Pretoria etc.).

9. The Club's BRAND OF ADVERTISING: All ads should be posted in full colour, with a professional layout and design (i.e., designed by a professional designer/graphic design artist), and at least contact details included. The business's location is also required to be added to each design.

   • When shared on ClickandShare.NET or Facebook, this ensures potential clients can contact you easily.

   • Text attached to full-color posts, images, and videos is limited to 60 words.

10. Posts are allowed in English and Afrikaans.

11. Members may introduce and refer new members. Over the longer haul there is a lot of money in it for members to refer others to also join the Club and WhatsApp group.

D. Authorized and Approved Advertisers

Members are not allowed to advertise products or services that compete with those provided by the Royce Group, the appointed management company of the Club.

We reserve the right to remove businesses from our WhatsApp group that directly compete with our partnered companies.

The General Rule regarding direct competition with our partnered companies -

• Companies competing with any of the above partnered companies are compelled to upgrade to Reseller level before they may post any adverts.

The Royce Group, through its founder and CEO, Charles Venter, is a registered Associate/Affiliate of:

Advertising health and wellness products requires approval from the EADMIN (Executive Admin) Charles Venter. Approval will not be unreasonably withheld but must be negotiated under a measurable compensation agreement.
