Then there's the matter of property ownership. "There are families who've never held a deed in their hands to truly proclaim any place their home.”
Crime is another matter that needs urgent attention. "Communities live in fear of criminals because police are in cahoots with the criminals."

-SNP will fight for longer prison terms for the perpetrators of serious violent crime and a strict system that consults and considers victims of serious crime. Crime is a big issue in South Africa, and to make things worse, parole boards release these hardened criminals back into society to continue with their evil deeds. SNP will stop this!
Youth Participation is a big thing on the international stage, and also a very high priority of the Spectrum National Party. The Spectrum National Party Youth Alliance (SNPYA) is destined to make huge inroads in the process to bring about much more success-conscious youth generations in South Africa. Remember, it will be our youth leaders who will ultimately become the leaders of the future South Africa.

The way things are right now, on the crime scene in our country, one gets the impression that the ruling government benefits financially from the high crime rate in South Africa – we are the murder and rape capital of the world right now, and it is not a disgrace according to the ruling party, they still blame it on racism, racial hate, and Apartheid, like all their other failures.
Ready For Battle
We cannot win the ANC, the DA, and the EFF if we don't have the tools/resources to beat them, and these tools, on the election battlefields of the world, includes simple things like Party T-Shirts, Party Caps, Flags, Business Cards, Flyers, Banners, Posters, Food Parcels, Meat Hampers, Beverages, even Sweets, etc.
The most important rule of any election war, and particularly on the election battlefields in South Africa, as we all know, and especially the ANC perfected this rule, is to give before we receive the votes, yes, we need to hand out food parcels, meat hampers, beverages, sweets, party T-shirts and caps, etc., to the needy, because it will be the votes of the needy, the underprivileged, the poor people, that will bring us victory on the day of the election. Believe it, or not! More than 32% of our nation is unemployed. Some say this figure is closer to 60%.
It will be the vote of the unemployed that will determine the outcome of this next local election!
The ANC had 26 years to bring change, but they only brought poverty, corruption, increased crime and the advent of ongoing heinous crimes in our communities and on our farms, and shame to South Africa globally.

Our next priority will be to create more Job Opportunities in our communities – this will be done through the formation of a Business Development Division funded by the municipality, and to be contracted to a private business development Firm, which strategy will not only promote private enterprises, but such Firm will be obliged to report progress/results from month to month and not annually;

New businesses will be established on an ongoing basis, and this will result in the employment of more and more people on an ongoing basis;

The SNP Municipalities will promote Community Projects Funding through building good relationships with successful local business enterprises. For this reason regional/municipality Business Groups are created on WhatsApp nationwide;

We will formulate strategies to compel big business operations to support smaller business operations regionally;
Crime Prevention

A lot of cash will be invested in Crime Prevention methodologies and strategies;

SNP will work with, and fund, and promote local successful, and established Security Companies to assist the police to prevent crime in the cities, towns, suburbs and in the rural regions;
Stop Corruption

Corruption at the local government level, in municipalities governed by SNP, will be eradicated through effective and immediate legal action against offenders;

Offenders' services will be rescinded with immediate effect;
Education

Education Bursaries will annually be allocated to matric students to study farming, to secure the nation's long-term food supply resources;

The next highest priority will be bursaries awarded for students to pursue a medical career, so we can staff all the many clinics and hospitals nationwide with qualified medical personnel;

Finance Management

Efficient Management of the Finances of the Municipality – Our Municipality’s Finance Management will be improved through contracting a private, professional Finance Management Consulting Firm, which Firm will be obliged to report successful finance management from month-to-month;
Early Child Development Education

We will be focused and ready to fund Early Child Development Education Projects, and SNP will promote a formal curriculum for such development;
Upgrade Hospitals & Health Care Facilities

Hospitals and Health Care Facilities, regionally, and within the borders of our municipalities, will be modernized and upgraded to provide services to an ever-increasing population – these new, modernized medical care facilities will all have the latest, most technologically advanced, and modern-day medical equipment, and medical supplies will be managed effectively to never run out of subscribed medicine/medication stocks;

SNP will further motivate and support a local/regional Medical Aid Scheme to secure professional, first-class medical care for all;

SNP will support and fund the establishment of more medical clinics - to be located in shopping malls as well as in the townships;
Improve Roads Infrastructure

SNP will privatize the responsibility to maintain and service roads within the borders of the municipality;

This will include upgrading the roads infrastructure nationwide and on an ongoing contract basis. This will result in the establishment of a private company managing all the roads within our municipality borders, and to maintain same roads and keep them also pot-hole free at all times;

This strategy will save millions of rand otherwise "wasted" to achieve the same results, by paying municipality workers top wages while the jobs just never get done properly.
